RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 with performance incentive


  • As a vital member of the TED Optimus Sdn Bhd team, the Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our sales activities, particularly during events
  • This dynamic position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly coordinate various aspects of the sales process

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and execute sales strategies, Ensure seamless communication between various sales functions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects
  • Event Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote events effectively, Utilize various channels such as social media and email for event promotion
  • Event Reminder: Implement systems for timely event reminders to participants, Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure maximum attendance
  • Event Support: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for attendees, Assist in handling inquiries and providing information about products/services


  • Good command of written and spoken English and/or Mandarin
  • Diploma and above in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Finance) or convince us with your sales skills during your interview if your experience/background is from other fields
  • Preferably possess knowledge in the capital market and financial industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; however, we also welcome fresh graduates with a passion for sales
  • Good sales skills and understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with good team work
